Petition calling on on Jonathan Ash-Edwards, the police and crime commissioner for Hertfordshire, to ensure a significant new programme of police action to address the scourge of illegal motorcycle, moped, e-bike and e-scooter use by adolescent ‘hoodies’ in Welham Green and Hatfield. Signatories call on the police to enforce the law and not allow this anti-social behaviour to continue unchallenged.”

We, the undersigned, call on Jonathan Ash-Edwards, the police and crime commissioner for Hertfordshire, to ensure a significant new programme of police action to address the scourge of illegal motorcycle, moped, e-bike and e-scooter use by adolescent ‘hoodies’ in Welham Green and Hatfield.
