Popular County Councillor Malcolm Cowan re-elected after a close contest

Malcolm Cowan was re-elected to Handside and Peartee Division of the county council, after a closely run contest. The results were: Malcolm Cowan, Lib Dem, 1804; Berenice Dowlen, Green, 316; Dean Milliken, Lab, 426; Fiona Thompson, Conservative, 1669.

Well done Malcolm.
