Frank Marsh, our Liberal Democrat Candidate for Peartree Ward

Frank Marsh lives and works in Welwyn Garden City. He is a legal executive specialising in personal injury cases. He has 3 children at local state schools. His work makes him used to helping people with their problems. Frank is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Peartree Ward. Frank has noticed that Liberal Democrat Councils across Hertfordshire have achieved significantly smaller rises in Council Tax this year.

'No-one likes paying council tax - it's unfair because it isn't related to how much you earn' says Frank Marsh. 'That's why LibDems have promised to get rid of it.' But you can also see how LibDem councils keep costs down and raise the council tax less - just look at the Herts councils this year'. See our Peartree Focus for full details and chart.
