Ever paid a pound to park at Campus West to return a library book?

Parking in the Campus West car park is free for up to 10 minutes. Long enough to return your book to the library.

And that's even before paying the fine...

Car parking at Campus West and at Sainsbury's in Church Road is free for the first ten minutes - just put your ticket into the exit machine without visiting the pay station. Of course, nowhere does it actually let you in on this secret, but if you are just dropping off a library book, there is no need to pay the minimum £1 fee!

And at Stanborough - local residents get reduced rates for parking.
